Budgies, also known as Parakeets, are a wonderful family pet.  They can be taught to speak, whistle tunes, and they love to play with humans.  They come in a variety of colors and color mutations, from pure white, grey and blue tones to yellow, green and blue/green and everything in between. Regular Budgies are either blue or green, while Fancy Budgies are mutations of these.
