Our Paradise
We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving St. Albert since 1977. We specialize in providing the best service we possibly can and hope to make raising your pets an enjoyable and enriching experience. Our incredible staff is very knowledgeable on our Pets and Pet Products and we are in a continuous process of upgrading and training them to better aid our customers. We pride ourselves in our service to customers as well as giving back to the wonderful communities of St.Albert and Edmonton area through charities such as SAIF (Stop Abuse In Families), BARS (Barrhead Animal Rescue Society), HART (Humane Animal Rescue Team), SCARS (Second Chance Animal Rescue Society), the Edmonton Breast Cancer Society, the Edmonton Humane Society, as well as many others.
Paradise Pet Centre is a full line Pet Store that carries anything that you can imagine for any kind of Pet. We have a good assortment of healthy animals, from lizards, fish, birds, to small animals like hamsters, guinea pigs, and bunnies. We are the first pet store in the Edmonton area to change our business model from supporting local breeders for our kittens, puppies, and rabbits to supporting exclusively rescue societies. Our role with our partner rescues is that of a foster family, we provide care and maintenance of their animals until they find a loving home. With the exposure these animals are getting in our store we have placed many into permanent homes. We can answer all your Pet questions or find the answers for you. If you can't find a product you need or want, we can Special Order it for you!
We work hard to be 'Heads and Tails above the REST!!' So whether your pets are FINNED, FURRY, or FEATHERED we welcome YOU and your whole FAMILY to come in and visit us anytime!! With our beautiful 5-tier Waterfall and Koi-stocked Pond, life-size Trees and Murals, and brand new Fish Room, there's a lot to see and do at Paradise Pet Centre! We're just like the Zoo, but Free!!! ...and remember, your pets are welcome here too!!
